Classical homeopathy, Bowen body therapy, guided visualization
Freedom from pain and suffering the natural way, with healthy balance of body, mind and spirit.

I have been involved in classical homeopathy since 1996, using it for the health and well being of myself, my family (human and animal) and clients. I was led to homeopathy through my own “dis-ease” and after a life-long exploration of healing methods, nature, science, spiritual practices and philosophy. For me, homeopathy encompasses all these fields of knowledge and practice. It is a journey into self-awareness, freedom, and health.

In addition to receiving my PDHom (UK) from the Devon School of Homeopathy, I have attended Jeremy Sherr’s Dynamis School and Louis Klein’s Homeopathic Master Clinician course. I regularly view seminars by other world-renowned homeopaths, such as Rajan Sankaran, Jan Scholten and Divya Chhabra, to get a broad view of current homeopathic thinking.

I am a certified practitioner of the Bowen Technique, a form of bodywork that uses gentle manipulations on specific body points to remove blocks, relieve pain and increase health. I also use guided visualization to resolve past traumas so healing can occur on mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels.

I have a B.Sc. in biology from the University of Guelph and a varied work history on my journey to practicing natural healing. I was a zookeeper at the Metro Toronto Zoo, nature interpreter at the Saskatchewan Museum of Natural History, and technical and scientific writer and editor in Ontario and Saskatchewan.

I am a registered member of the Maritime Society of Homeopaths and the Canadian Society of Homeopaths.
