ABOUT THE MARITIME SOCIETY OF HOMEOPATHS

Mission Statement:

The Maritime Society of Homeopaths (MSH) is an organization of professional practitioners and students dedicated to developing and maintaining high standards of classical homeopathic practice in Canada.
Classical homeopathy is based on the following eight fundamental aspects and together they distinguish classical homeopathy from any other healing system:

1) Law of Similars
2) Vital Force
3) Miasm
4) Susceptibility
5) Provings and Materia Medica
6) Dilution and Succussion
7) Single Remedy
8) Law of Cure

Goals:

1) To develop guidelines for being registered in the provinces of N.S., N.B., P.E.I. and Nfld. (The Maritimes) as a classical homeopath.
2) To support the public in its right to receive high quality classical homeopathic care.

MSH is working with homeopathic practitioners and organizations in other provinces to establish in Canada a national association representing professional homeopaths who are working towards standards, professionalism, and ethics similar to the Society of Homeopaths, which is the largest and longest-standing organization of registered homeopaths in the United Kingdom.
